Each custom order includes two complimentary revisions to change to different style clips. Additional revisions may be available for an added service fee.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied after your revision, we offer store credit equal to the value of your purchase.
Store credit can be applied toward future custom digital clips or other LuxeCreators products.
Store credit never expires.
Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All purchases are considered final once the initial digital file has been delivered.
